Job Advertisement: Team Leaders and Personal Assistants

Hello, I am looking for two female team leaders. The position involves working as a personal assistant as well as a team leader and staffing manager. As a team leader and staffing manager, you will be responsible for scheduling, recruitment, staffing, and ensuring that the workgroup functions as it should.

I am a 58-year-old woman living in Hammarby Sjöstad.

You who are applying are a responsive woman who speaks and writes Swedish well. You have a positive attitude and are professional. Great emphasis is placed on personal chemistry, and you will receive training through JAG. Previous experience in the profession is a requirement, as well as being a non-smoker. You are flexible, can work day shifts 08-16 and evening shifts 16-08 with sleeping on-call duty, and can sometimes step in at short notice.

We are also looking for personal assistants who can work as hourly substitutes, stepping in during illness and leave.

Introduction, wellness allowance, and a fee for staffing responsibility apply.

Scope: The position is part-time with the possibility of full-time. You will work days, evenings, and nights (sleeping on-call duty).

Start date: By agreement.
